Margo Worman has extensive experience in health policy and contracting, currently serving as Team Lead in Payer Contracting at Mass General Brigham since June 2019, with a progression through various specialist roles. Prior to this, Margo worked as a Research Associate at the Massachusetts Health Policy Forum from January 2019 to October 2020 and served as a Health Extension Volunteer with the Peace Corps from June 2015 to August 2017, where responsibilities included coordinating health post construction. Additionally, Margo was the MNsure Outreach Lead at WomenVenture, successfully leading a state-funded campaign on health insurance options for small business owners. Margo holds a Master of Public Policy in Health Policy from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and German Studies from Macalester College.
