Kathryn B. is an Infectious Diseases Physician at Mass General Brigham since July 2019 and currently serves as an Infectious Disease Fellow. Additionally, Kathryn is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Ragon Institute of MGH, MIT and Harvard. Prior experience includes working as an ICU Nocturnist at the University of Washington Medical Center from July 2017 to July 2019, and completing an Internal Medicine residency at the University of Washington from June 2014 to June 2017. Kathryn's research background includes serving as a Research Fellow in the Medical Research Scholars Program at the National Institutes of Health's Immunology Lab, focusing on liver diseases under the mentorship of Barbara Rehermann, MD. Educational qualifications include an MD from the University of Washington (2014 - 2017), a medical degree from UT Southwestern Medical Center (2009 - 2013), and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from William & Mary (2004 - 2008).
