Esther G. Arnold, MSHA, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Consultant at Mass General Brigham since August 2023. Previously, Esther held the position of Director of UAHSF Strategic Projects at UAB Medicine from October 2017 to August 2023, where responsibilities included executing complex strategic initiatives across 19 Clinical Departments and managing faculty compensation plans for over 1,600 physicians. Other roles at UAB Medicine encompassed the Administrative Fellow in Hospital Administration, where Esther developed operational programs, managed COVID-19 communications, and created training programs. Earlier experience includes serving as an Administrative Coordinator at East Alabama Arthritis Center. Esther earned a Master of Science in Health Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, along with dual Bachelor's degrees in Health Services Administration and Spanish Language and Literature from Auburn University.
