Okumu Sylvanus serves as the Business Development Partnership and Communication Manager at MASS Design Group since February 2024, focusing on enhancing human dignity through architectural initiatives by cultivating partnerships and securing funding. Prior experience includes a role as Development Manager at Strathmore University Foundation from May 2023 to February 2024, where responsibilities involved planning and implementing a comprehensive fundraising program. Additionally, Okumu has six years of experience in the NGO sector, having advanced through various positions at Village HopeCore International from January 2022 to February 2024, including Programs Development Manager, Resource Mobilization and Fundraising Officer, Community Health Educator, and Community Health Worker, starting in March 2016. Educational qualifications include a certificate in Introduction to Fundraising from Philanthropy University, a certificate in Grant Management and Fundraising from Indepth Research Services, and a diploma in Social Sciences from The Eldoret National Polytechnic.
