Ntigulirwa Marie Amelie is an experienced professional in urban planning and architecture, currently serving as the Director of Accompaniment at MASS Design Group since July 2022. Amelie has held various academic roles at the University of Rwanda since July 2018, including Honorary Lecturer and Assistant Lecturer. Prior experience includes a position as Support Intern at UN-Habitat in 2018 and an associate role at MASS Design Group from 2013 to 2016. Amelie holds a Master of Science in Global Urban Development and Planning from The University of Manchester and dual Bachelor of Architecture degrees from Kigali Institute of Science and Technology and the University of Rwanda.
