Chelsea Rowley has a strong background in service delivery and customer service, with over a decade of experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Principal Delivery Manager at MASS since June 2011, Chelsea has also held positions including Service Delivery Manager, IT Service Desk Manager, and IT Support Coordinator. Prior to joining MASS, Chelsea worked at Cath Kidston from May 2010 to June 2011 as a Customer Service Representative and gained experience as a Customer Service Team Lead at Parker Merchanting from July 2008 to May 2010.
