Jay Villaluna, a highly skilled and experienced CPA, CIA, CMA, CFSA, IFQ, ICBRR, currently serves as the Manager of Financial Reporting in the Group Finance department at Masraf Al Rayan. With a background in financial reporting and regulatory compliance, Jay has worked in various roles within the banking sector, handling tasks such as preparation of financial statements, management reports, taxation matters, and mergers. Jay's extensive experience also includes roles at Barwa Bank and International Bank of Qatar, where Jay exhibited expertise in areas such as Basel 3, IFRS, taxation, insurance, and wealth management. Furthermore, Jay has a solid educational foundation, holding a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of the East and pursuing additional certifications from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and the CFA Institute.
