Muhammad Musawwar Ahmed is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, youth welfare, content creation, and learning support. Currently serving as a Welfare Officer at Serco since October 2022, Muhammad has also held multiple roles at the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community as a Content Writer, Proofreader, and Youth Manager. Previous positions include Senior Learning Support at The Cambian Group, Partner Driver with Uber, and Claim Handler at Santander Bank, N.A. With significant achievements in improving project management processes and enhancing service quality, Muhammad has a solid educational foundation, holding an MSc in International Business Management and Marketing from Northumbria University, along with a B.Sc in Textile Engineering and a B.Com in Accounting.
