Rich Patterson has extensive work experience in sales and business development roles. Currently, they are the Vice President of Sales at MasonHub starting in 2023. Previously, Rich worked at ShipBob, Inc. as the Enterprise Sales Director from December 2021 to March 2023. In this role, they led a sales team and developed strategies to maximize revenue and growth. Before ShipBob, Rich was the Head of Sales at ShipMonk from June 2020 to November 2021, where they managed a large sales team and collaborated with various departments to drive sales and customer retention. Prior to that, they served as the SaaS Sales Director at Biller Genie from January 2019 to June 2020, achieving a high closing rate for new accounts. Rich also worked at Groupon as a Business Development Manager and later as a Business Development Director from September 2010 to March 2019, where they managed key accounts and introduced new services. Earlier in their career, Rich was a Sales Director at Smart Circle International, where they trained and managed a sales team and secured deals with Fortune 500 companies.
Rich Patterson obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Siena College. Rich attended from 1998 to 2000. Subsequently, they pursued an Associate's degree in Marketing at North Country School, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
