Lauren Xaba is an experienced executive in the fields of recruiting and marketing, currently serving as the Managing Director of Executive Search at Lauren Jillian Executive Search since May 2023. Previously, Lauren held multiple roles at Masis Professional Group, including Manager of Executive Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Lauren's career includes founding SquashDrive, Inc., which created a youth development program in the Oakland area, and serving as Assistant Vice President at JP Morgan Chase, where significant marketing campaigns were led. Lauren's earlier positions include roles in marketing coordination and management across various organizations. Lauren holds a degree from The Wharton School, obtained between 1997 and 2001.
