Mohamed Abdel Hamid Abdel-Razek is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in various senior roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Group Head of Technology, Information, and Transformation at Mashreq, Mohamed previously held significant positions at Standard Chartered Bank, including Chief Technology & Operations Officer for Africa and the Middle East, CIO for the same regions, and Managing Director of Global Head Technology Ops and Collective Intelligence & Command Centre. Prior experience includes serving as Global Head of Technology Services and Global Program Director at British American Tobacco, in addition to senior IT management roles at Schlumberger and a Network III Analyst position at Rogers Communications Inc. Mohamed holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Control Systems and Telecom from McGill University and completed earlier education at Cairo American College.
