Israa Cherqaoui is a Sites Qualification Manager at MASEN since September 2015, specializing in the qualification studies for suitable sites for renewable energy complexes. Responsibilities include conducting hydrogeological, geological, geotechnical, seismic, and environmental impact studies, along with organizing public consultations for renewable energy projects. Prior experience includes roles as a Geotechnical Specialist at NOVEC sa, focusing on geotechnical studies for the construction of the LGV between Tanger and Kénitra, and various geotechnical engineering positions with Fugro GeoServices B.V. and Ballast Nedam, engaging in significant infrastructure projects in Europe and the Middle East. Israa Cherqaoui holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology and is a member of the Comité Marocain de Mécanique des Sols et de Géotechnique and KIVI NIRIA.
