Mike Nopper is an experienced professional in the fields of design, fabrication, and project management, with a strong background in mechanical engineering. Currently serving as an Independent Consultant for Masaya Co since January 2022, Mike has provided essential training in CNC technology in Nicaragua. Mike's previous role as Production Manager at Living Architecture Systems Group included management and design responsibilities, with a significant project involving the development of an omnidirectional speaker system. As the Founder and Lead Designer of Implicit Audio, Mike identified a market need and led product development for custom DIY guitar cabinets. Other roles include Design & Fabrication Manager at CNC Cutting, Design Consultant for MIKA Audio, Mechanical Designer at Adamson Systems Engineering, and Junior Project Leader at Enbridge Gas Distribution. Mike holds an Engineerā€™s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Management from Ontario Tech University.
