Gabija Vilkaitė is a seasoned communications professional currently serving as a Research Assistant in Science Coordination & Communication at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development since July 2023. Gabija also works as a Freelance Communications Consultant and Marketing & Communications Coordinator at Masawa, a pioneering mental wellness impact fund, since May 2020. Previous roles include Freelance Copywriter & Communications Consultant, Marketing Intern at Veleza, and Communications Consultant at Idėjų PR. In addition to experience in student media as a Senior Editor for The Insider, Gabija held positions focused on human rights advocacy and marketing at the Kaunas Liberal Youth and the Lithuanian school students' union, respectively. Gabija is pursuing a Master of Arts in International/Global Studies at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, having previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
