Pavel Synek

Lecturer at Masaryk University

Pavel Synek has extensive experience in customer success and education, currently serving as Customer Enablement Program Lead and Head of Customer Enablement at Keboola since April 2022, after previously holding the role of Customer Success Manager at the same company. Additionally, Pavel has been a Lecturer at Masaryk University since February 2022, contributing to the academic field. Prior experience includes heading the Department of Information Management at the National Library of Technology from November 2020 to January 2022 and various roles in EBSCO Information Services from August 2011 to December 2019, culminating as Regional Sales Manager for Central Europe. Earlier professional endeavors included teaching English and information literacy at Elpida. Pavel holds advanced degrees in Applied Informatics from Prague University of Economics and Business and in Information Studies and Librarianship from Charles University.
