Rhulani Mabasa currently serves as a Managed Service Engineer at Triple4 since June 2022, specializing in project management and data migration. Prior experience includes a role as a Support Engineer at CoCre8 from August 2020 to March 2022, working with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and ServiceNow. Rhulani also held positions at BCX, initially as a Customer Engineer from March 2020 to June 2020, where responsibilities included server upgrades and desktop refreshment, and previously as an IT Support Technician from November 2014 to April 2019. Rhulani holds an A+ certification from Boston City Campus, completed in 2006.
