Iman is currently a Mentor Assistant at MAS DC. Prior to that, they were a Technical Project Manager at Virtual Atlantic from December 2007 to September 2008. In that role, they managed both the development and testing aspects of web development and worked closely with the account management team to complete SPEC documents. Iman also translated SPEC documents to technical design documents, oversaw the process of generating a conclusive test plan, and integrated codes developed by the development team to the test environment. After unit and functionality testing, they personally integrated code to the Use Acceptance environments for clients to access the application for their testing. Once UAT was completed, they integrated code to the production environment. Iman also worked closely with the production support team to maintain and address any issue or concern which required the development team to be involved.

Iman's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Computer Science from George Mason University and a Master's of Science in management in information technology from the University of Virginia. Iman also has a certification from 11352 in Project Management Professional.

They are on a team with and Salma Lfrah - Mentor Assistant. Iman reports to Haneen Ammar, Mentor.
