Jennifer Barron serves as the Learning and Development Manager at Mary's Place since 2021. Previous roles include Training Manager at Centene Corporation (2018-2020), where responsibilities included training healthcare providers and foster care families on trauma-informed practices. Jennifer was the Director of Training and Community Initiatives at the University of Washington (2015-2018), overseeing suicide prevention initiatives and community training. As Executive Director at Attain Housing (2012-2015), management of housing services for homeless families was paramount, while the role of Deputy Director at the Youth Suicide Prevention Program (2007-2012) involved program development and staff supervision. Additionally, Jennifer worked as a Consultant for Therapeutic Intervention and Prevention Consulting (2000-2011) and managed logistics at Antarctic Support Administration (1993-1996). Jennifer holds an MBA and an MA in Leadership and Management from City University, along with a Bachelor of Social Work from Eau Claire University.
