Nicole Boatswain Harrell, Ed.D., currently serves as the Assessment and Curriculum Coordinator and Adjunct Professor at the College of Southern Maryland since October 2022. With extensive experience in education, Nicole has worked as a Praxis Tutor for the Maryland State Education Association since December 2021 and previously held educator roles at Prince George's County Public Schools and the District of Columbia Public Schools from 2014 to 2023. Prior to a career in education, Nicole was an Environmental Compliance Specialist and Health Physicist at the Maryland Department of the Environment from 2011 to 2014. Academically, Nicole holds a Doctor of Education from Grambling State University, a Master’s degree in Developmental Education from Grambling State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Med from Pine Manor College.
