Alexandra Mlynarski is a seasoned professional in the food science industry with a diverse background in food technology and product development. Currently serving as a PO2 at the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission since July 2020, Alexandra previously held roles at Mars as a Food Technologist, focusing on new ingredient research and product development, and at DreamPak, where formulating water enhancers and sensory evaluations were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes technical report writing at Sitesafe Inc. and supporting product development at Gamay Flavors. Alexandra began their career in sales at REI and as a laboratory technician at the University of Maryland, where a Bachelor of Science in Food Science was earned.
