Surya Reddy is a senior application developer at Maryland Health Benefit Exchange since May 2016, contributing to various initiative projects, including portals revamp and technology migration. Prior experience includes serving as an application developer for the State of West Virginia, focusing on application interfaces, and working as a Java developer at Lenovo, enhancing the REACHit app. Surya also held the position of full stack developer at Capital One, where the design and development of an installment loans application took place, and worked as a Java developer for Comcast Cable, integrating billing systems for TWC customers.
