Rita Whitt Dyer has extensive experience in management and customer service roles within the healthcare and contact services industries. Since June 2013, Rita has been working at the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange, where responsibilities have included managing Producer Operations and the ACSE Program, leading the Escalation Unit Team, and coordinating call center operations. Prior to this, Rita served as a Senior Customer Service Manager at CCS- Customer Contact Services from April 2012 to December 2012 and held the position of General Manager at AnswerNet from March 2007 to April 2012.
