Jenny Garrison is an experienced outreach and marketing professional currently serving as the Outreach Program Manager at the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange since October 2023. With a strong background in communications and community engagement, Jenny has held various roles, including Marketing Project Manager at TorchLight Hire, where bilingual support was provided for AARP’s Hispanic/Latino Audience Strategy. Previous positions include Communications & Outreach Specialist for the Baltimore County Department of Health, Senior Marketing Communications Specialist at MedStar Montgomery Medical Center, and Bilingual Outreach Worker at Baltimore County Government. Jenny possesses a Master of Arts in Contemporary Communications from Notre Dame University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Communications from Salisbury University.
