Niqui Clark, PE has over 17 years of work experience in engineering. Niqui is currently serving as the Deputy Chief Engineer at the Maryland Aviation Administration, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Hill International, Inc., from May 2019 to September 2023. Before joining Hill International, Inc., they were employed as a Project Manager at Sevan Multi-Site Solutions from April 2018 to May 2019. Niqui Clark's earlier experience includes working as a Project Engineer at ADCI from October 2008 to October 2016 and as a Design Engineer at Wood, Patel & Associates, Inc. from June 2006 to October 2008.
