Florence G. Haley has over two decades of extensive experience in human resources management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Real Estate Rental Property Owner/Manager at H2H Properties since July 2007, Florence also contributes as an Independent Consultant for Mary Kay Global, empowering women to achieve financial independence. Previous roles include National Director of Human Resources Operations at Open Sky Education and Program Director at Rock County Jumpstart, where initiatives focused on supporting Black entrepreneurs. Florence held significant HR positions at Rock Valley College, Stevens Point Area School District, and the City of Beloit, demonstrating expertise in labor relations, recruitment, and strategic planning. Additionally, Florence has a strong background in training and facilitation, having led workshops for numerous organizations. Education includes an M.B.A. in Organizational Development from Upper Iowa University.
