Melissa is a passionate, fourteen-year veteran of the Cannabis Industry. She is one of the founders of a successful, high volume Cannabis Business in Denver, CO where she led Dispensary, Cultivation, Extraction, and Wholesale operations. Her leadership responsibilities extended beyond basic business functions into regulatory, compliance, governmental, and community relations. Melissa is also a founder and former Board Member of the Cannabis Business Alliance, a Colorado Chamber of Commerce Industry Trade Group which focuses on self-regulation. Since 2015, Melissa has been assisting new entrants into the regulated market offering application preparation, business strategy and development, standard operating procedure writing, staffing and training, branding and marketing, facility planning and design, research, and analytic services.
