Andrea Kuldanek has extensive work experience in the field of Rehabilitation Medicine. In 1982, they became the Medical Director at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital, and during the same year, they also took on the role of Director at Rehabilitation Medicine Associates.

Andrea Kuldanek completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies at Aquinas College - Grand Rapids from 1970 to 1973. Following that, they attended Wayne State University School of Medicine from 1973 to 1977 and obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
