William Ansbrow has extensive experience in financial management and leadership roles. William served as the Chief Financial Officer at the Mary Cariola Children's Center since 2016, where they were responsible for managing a $41 million operating budget and establishing strategic financial plans. Before that, from 2012 to 2016, they held the same role at the Rochester City School District, overseeing an $800 million operating budget and leading a debt-funded Facility Modernization Plan. Prior to that, they served as the Budget Director at the City of Rochester from 2001 to 2012, where they managed the annual operating budget and led the development and implementation of the city's strategic plan.
