Kylie Gibbs is a skilled behavior analyst with a comprehensive background in special education and support services, currently working at Mary Cariola Center since January 2022 in multiple roles, including Behavior Analyst, Crisis Intervention Specialist, and Special Education Paraeducator. Additionally, Kylie serves as a Direct Support Professional at People Inc., providing respite care and fostering independence for individuals with developmental disabilities. Kylie holds a Master of Arts in Behavior Analysis Practice from the Florida Institute of Technology and has diverse experience from previous roles, including Therapeutic Staff Support, Personal Care Assistant, and various positions during undergraduate studies at Houghton College, where involvement included admissions support and youth leadership.
