Liang Ding is a Senior Principal Engineer at Marvell Technology, with previous experience as a Principal Engineer at Inphi Corporation and a Scientist at the Institute of Microelectronics. Since April 2021, Liang has focused on high-speed package design, Si Photonics design, optical transceiver architecture, and process development. At Inphi Corporation, Liang contributed to Si Photonics and 3D integration projects, while also leading significant industry initiatives involving thin wafer handling. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Microelectronics from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a BS in Optoelectronics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
