Jane Karakawa has extensive experience in financial reporting and accounting, currently serving as the Director of Technical Accounting & SEC Financial Reporting at Marvell Semiconductor since 2012. Prior to this role, Jane held positions at National Semiconductor from 1995 to 2012, including Director of Worldwide Financial Reporting and External Reporting Manager. Jane began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, working from 1984 to 1995, where responsibilities included Audit Manager and Supervisor/Staff Accountant roles. Jane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University.
