Alexa Kwan is a Global Compensation & Benefits Analyst at Marvell Technology, currently holding the position since June 2024. As a Co-Founder of the Human Resources Management Association at UC Davis since February 2024 and serving as Director of Finance for Davis Women in Business since October 2022, Alexa demonstrates strong leadership skills. Previous experience includes roles at UC Davis Student Housing and Dining Services as a Residence Hall Community Advisor, and an internship as a Global Compensation & Benefits Analyst at Western Digital. Additional experience includes working as a Brand Ambassador for Liquid I.V., a Human Resources Generalist Intern at DeLeon Realty, and participation as a Division 1 Swimmer for the NCAA. Alexa is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics: Strategy & Behavior at the University of California, Davis, with educational foundations from Mission College and Lynbrook High School.
