Mitch Crowder is a highly experienced architectural professional currently serving as the Director at Marvel since December 2021. With a robust background in architecture, Crowder held positions at ARCHITECTUREFIRM from April 2017 to December 2021, serving as Associate and Senior Architect, and was the Project Architect for the Quirk Hotel in Charlottesville. Prior experience includes roles at Marvel Architects, where Crowder managed significant projects such as the One Clinton Residential Tower and the Pier 6 RFP. Additional experience includes a contract position as a Senior Architectural Designer at Skidmore Owings and Merrill, and foundational roles at Thomas Phifer and Partners, Anderson Architects, and SmithGroup. Crowder holds a Master of Architecture in Urban Design from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, complemented by study abroad experience at Delft University of Technology.
