Josh Brown has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Josh started their career as a Parts and Service Sales associate at Kleine Equipment Inc in 2008, and later became an Integrated Solutions Specialist and Parts Manager at the same company. In 2010, they joined American Refining Group, Inc as a Technical Services personnel. After that, they moved to Hagie Manufacturing in 2013 and worked as a Precision Product Support Coordinator and Territory Service Manager in different regions. From 2016, they worked at Martin Tractor, Inc, where they held positions such as Aftermarket Manager/Corporate Service Manager, Sales Operations Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Human Resources.

Josh Brown received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mass Communication/Corporate & Institutional Media from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Galesburg High School from 1999 to 2003.
