Rutger Jansen is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and maintenance management. Currently serving as Supervisor of Operations at Martin Stolze since September 2024, Rutger previously held the position of Production Manager at De Jong Verpakking BV from March 2022 to August 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Maintenance Manager at Greif, Inc. and various managerial positions at Rexnord Power Transmission Europe, where Rutger contributed significantly from June 2003 to April 2020. Rutger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, earned between 2000 and 2003.
