Elisha Volland has a diverse background in retail and graphic design, demonstrating progressive experience in account management at Martin Retail Group since April 2019, with roles ranging from Account Executive to Account Supervisor. Previous positions include stylist and assistant manager at J.Crew and graphic design roles, such as a representative for Proof Management, Inc. and as a graphic designer for Impact Church. Elisha also gained valuable teaching experience as a teacher's aide for a graphic design professor at Lee University and as a teaching assistant for another professor. Elisha earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Advertising from Lee University in 2017.
