Tracy Walters-Moore is an experienced nursing professional with a focus on inpatient care management. Currently serving as the RN Inpatient Care Manager at Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital since August 2015, Tracy previously held the position of RN Care Manager at DaVita-HealthCare Partners from March 2011 to August 2015.
