Mr. Maxwell Louis Green-Waterman serves as Program Director for Teens@Graham at the Martha Graham Dance Company, where responsibilities include curriculum design, securing summer intensive programs, and fostering an inclusive community. As a Dance Educator for the NYC Department of Education, Mr. Green-Waterman leads professional developments, implements asset-based pedagogy, and has achieved significant student acceptances into higher education. Additional roles include Executive/Associate Artistic Director at TORCH Dance Theatre and guest artist positions, where Mr. Green-Waterman introduces techniques such as Lester Horton. Academic credentials include an ongoing Doctor of Education in Dance Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and certifications in classical ballet.
