Ryan Tower is an experienced logistics professional currently serving as a Dedicated Regional Coordinator and Team Lead Manager at Marten Transport since December 2016. In the role of Team Lead Manager, Ryan oversees fleet managers, focusing on maximizing revenue and driver mileage, while previously serving as a Fleet Manager at the Tampa terminal, achieving consistent revenue and mileage targets. Prior experience includes leadership roles at the USF American Marketing Association as VP of Case Competition and Young Professionals Chair with the USF Council for Supply Chain Management Professionals.
