Richard Allan has extensive experience in the legal field, having worked as a Partner at both Marten Law PLLC and Ball Janik LLP. Prior to their law firm roles, Richard served as a Judicial Clerk to Chief Justice Malcolm M. Lucas at the California Supreme Court. Richard also has experience as a Policy Analyst at the US Environmental Protection Agency in the Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response.
