Marco Franco has extensive experience in the maritime and logistics sectors, currently serving as General Manager for the Florida and Caribbean Region at Martec Intl. since September 2003. Previous roles include Equipment Control and M&R Manager/Stevedoring Supervisor at Sea Star Line from 2000 to 2003, and Transportation and Logistics Consultant at Grupo Kattan from 1999 to 2000. Additionally, Marco held positions at Seaboard Marine, including Terminal Manager for the Port Everglades Terminal and Intermodal Manager from 1988 to 2000. Marco holds a Bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation from Massachusetts Maritime Academy, earned between 1984 and 1988.
