Shradha Yadav is an experienced professional currently serving as a Process Team Lead at Marsh & McLennan Companies since January 2021 and as a Senior Pension Administrator at Mercer since March 2016. Shradha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management and Supervision from Wellingkar Institute of Management, completed between 2018 and 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BCS) from DY Patil College, earned from 2011 to 2014.
