Niall Maher is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience across various roles in the software development and technology strategy sectors. Currently serving as the Global InnerSource Leader at Marsh McLennan since August 2022, Niall spearheads the development and implementation of an InnerSource strategy. As the Founder of Codú, a community for web developers since April 2019, Niall fosters collaboration within the tech industry. Additional roles include Technical Reviewer at Packt, Advisor and former Chief Technology Officer at Spark, Head of Product at Singlepoint, and Contractor at Niall Joe Maher Limited, where Niall led teams to deliver bespoke software solutions. Niall's professional journey began as a Lead Developer at Web Apes and includes early sales positions at CPM Ireland and Euronics. Niall holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Digital Technology and Design from Technological University Dublin.
