Mystral Brunton is an experienced professional in talent and inclusion, currently serving as Partner and Talent & Inclusion COE Leader at Marsh McLennan. Previously, Mystral held leadership positions at Philip Morris International as Head of Talent and Workforce Planning for Asia, and at Mercer in various roles including Talent & Inclusion COE, People Strategy and Change Leader, and Principal. Mystral also served as VP of HR Business Partner for Middle East and Africa at MetLife, and as VP, Program Manager in Human Resources at JP Morgan Chase. Academic credentials include a BA and BA Hons in Psychology from the University of South Africa.
