Keith Sullivan has extensive experience in IT infrastructure management and network operations, having held various leadership roles since the late 1980s. Currently, Keith works at Marsh & McLennan Companies in Global IT Infrastructure Management and Monitoring since April 2019. As the Director of NCloud Operations at NWN Corporation since January 2017, Keith manages data center, telecom, network, architecture, and unified communications provisioning and support teams. Prior positions include Network Operations Senior Manager at Putnam Investments and Network Operations Manager at Five Star Senior Living. Keith's career began as a Network Analyst at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, and further includes roles in network engineering and management with companies like Storage Networks and Sybase.
