Clare James is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer for Marsh, Mercer & Guy Carpenter at Marsh McLennan since March 2023, Clare oversees compliance advice and oversight in the U.K. Previously, Clare held various senior compliance positions, including Head of Compliance for Marsh (UK and Ireland) and Amtrust Financial Services, where responsibilities included leading compliance operations and maintaining regulatory relationships.
