Cathy Chan is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management across Southeast Asia. Currently positioned as People Leader at Marsh McLennan since April 2021, Cathy oversees HR functions for Marsh, Mercer Singapore, Malaysia, Marsh McLennan Asia MarComm, and LCPA. Previous roles include serving as People Partner for Singapore and Malaysia and as VP, Talent Acquisition Lead, where Cathy directed recruitment efforts across Southeast Asia and Korea. Prior experience includes Regional TA Leader for Hewlett Packard Enterprise at Korn Ferry, Senior Recruitment Business Partner at Fonterra, and Associate Director at Randstad, where notable CEO and CFO searches were conducted. Educational background includes a degree in Human Resources Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor's in Economics from the National University of Singapore.
