Joshua Barker has extensive experience in the manufacturing and leadership sectors, currently serving as Site Team Leader at Marshalls plc since December 2010, where previous roles included Deputy Site Team Leader and Multi Skilled Manufacturing Technician. Prior to this, Joshua worked at M D Maintenance as a Subcontracted Technician for Marshalls PLC from May 2006 to November 2010, and was a Professional Rugby Player at Halifax RLFC from May 2004 to April 2006. Joshua’s educational background includes a Level 5 degree in Operations Management and Supervision from the Chartered Management Institute, completed between April 2022 and November 2023, as well as studies at Calderdale College from June 2006 to December 2008.
