James Knowles has extensive experience in the retail and publications sectors, currently serving as Sales Manager for Publications at Marshall Retail Group since August 2020. Prior to this role, James held various positions at NewsLink Group from May 2011 to August 2020, including Publications Buyer and Bookstore Manager & Buyer. James began a lengthy career at Borders, where tenure spanned from January 1996 to April 2011, culminating in the position of General Manager.
