Emily Thorpe has extensive work experience in the field of resourcing and talent management. Emily is currently working as the Head of Resourcing at Marshall. Prior to this, they worked at BGL Group as the Associate Director of Learning, Talent & Development and also as the Executive Recruitment and Diversity & Inclusion specialist. Emily has also worked at Thomas Cook as the Group Head of Resourcing and Inclusion, where they played a key role in designing and implementing recruitment processes and tools, as well as developing a Group-wide Diversity and Inclusion framework. Emily has also worked at Experian as a Talent and Resourcing Manager and at Barclaycard as a Resourcing Manager. Emily's early career includes a role as an HR Coordinator at Kier Group.
Emily Thorpe completed a Certificate in HR Management from the University of Northampton in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate in Personnel Practise from Tresham College in 2008-2009.
